I'VE ONLY RECEIVED HALF MY ORDER?
If you've ordered stickers, postcards etc along side a poster, canvas print, or other items fulfilled by my third party manu you'll receive two separate orders! It's very unlikely you'll receive both at the same time.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Depending on the order, and if a tracking number was purchased, it varies from USPS lettermail to USPS first class package! Everything is sent wrapped in plastic, and packed with cardstock or chipboard for rigidity. If ordering a poster, canvas print, phone case, or any other home/accessory items they'll be sent securely via a third party manufacturer.
MY ORDER WAS PLACED AND IT'S STILL PROCESSING! WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
All orders are packed by hand with love by Jubilee, excluding third party fulfilled items. Every order gets a handwritten note and personalized touches, and is packed within a few days of being placed. Orders are usually packed once-twice a week depending on order volume. Orders get shipped out daily after they're packed, and orders will be updated accordingly via email!
During Holidays, or special circumstances where large volumes of orders are received they may take a while longer to process, but will be packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders packed by Jubilee all originate from the pacific northwest USA! Use the graph below to determine shipping times!~

I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ADDRESS, HELP!
If the order hasn't been shipped out simply send me an email at by.jubilee@gmail.com and I'll fix it ASAP and get your order sent to the correct address! If it's already be sent and the package is returned to me, I'll gladly resend the package with the cost of shipping provided again! Sorry for any inconvenience but in most cases packing slips must be repurchased!
MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSING FOR A FEW DAYS/BEEN IN PRE-SHIPMENT LIMBO?
If your order has been processing for multiple days, that might mean that it's a split order between me and the third party supplier, so one is being fulfilled and processing before the other! If you've received a tracking number and checked for updates and noticed it's waiting to be processed I recommend waiting a while! When I purchase the label to pack the order, it gets automatically updated with your tracking, so be patient and it should be at the post office withing 1-2 days!
MY ORDER NEVER CAME! WHAT CAN I DO?
All items sent with tracking numbers should be easily traceable. If there is a problem and the package is lost, I recommend contacting your post office, or the number on the tracking websites. Once contacted and if they cannot provide any assistance, I'll provide as much help as possible on my end, including replacing packages if necessary.
Unfortunately, if you chose not to purchase a tracking number, once I drop off the order at the post office, it's beyond my responsibility. I will not be replacing lost orders sent via lettermail, unless previously agreed.
CAN I GET A REFUND/RETURN?
Sorry, but all sales are final! PLEASE be sure you're absolutely ready to purchase before doing so!
