SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Everything is hand packaged, unless otherwise stated, so under high volumes of orders, please be patient. If ordering during a US Holiday also be considerate of shipping delays.
If an order is placed with STANDARD SHIPPING it does NOT come with tracking, and once it’s shipped, it’s out of my control. If you purchased TRACKED SHIPPING you’ll receive a tracking number and be able to be updated that way.
Before contacting me, please make sure your address was correct when you placed your order. Sometimes the forms auto-fill, or change, so double check before placing orders your address is correct!
I’ll happily replace lost or stolen packages, but additional shipping fees maybe requested.
All sales are final, and once an order is shipped it can’t be refunded. Thank you for understanding!
